Policy making of the health system based on the statement of the second step of the revolution with an interpretative structural modeling approach

The health system, as one of the vital systems, is responsible for the health of the society, and policy-making with the aim of improving people's health and improving the performance of the health system is one of the governance duties of this system. The purpose of this research is to outline the policy of the health system based on the statement of the second step of the revolution with an interpretive structural modeling approach.Research

The current research is qualitative and practical in terms of purpose. The research community consisted of 11 health experts who were selected purposefully and the data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. First, by conducting interviews with health experts, the components were extracted, and in the second step, the relationships between these components were determined by the interpretive structural modeling method.

The number of 19 main components was identified and these components were classified into three levels and finally the research interaction network model was drawn, which includes the components of management issues, human resources, processes and methods, macro policies, the role of stewardship, the role of stewardship, and the role of support. , exclusive, economic, social, technological and political services at the third level, components of priority of prevention over treatment, proper management of health resources, enrichment of health culture, promotion of human capital and improvement of methods and processes at the second level and components of promotion and improvement The health of society and the economic efficiency of the health system were at the first level. 

The implementation of research strategies improves and improves the health level of the society and the economic efficiency of the health system, and it seeks to reduce the problems of the health system, economic benefits and social welfare.
