An Investigation on relation Ship between Personality Dimensions and Appling jab Innovation of

One of the causes of educational principal success is applying innovation in educating students. The objectives of present research were to study the relationship between personality of principals and applying innovation. The hypotheses of the research are as below: 1. There is a relationship between degrees of personality dimensions and applying job innovation motive of principals. 2. There is a relationship between degrees of active personality dimensions and applying job innovation motive of principals. 3. There is a relationship between degrees of disturbed personality dimensions and applying job innovation motive of principals. 4. There is a relationship between degrees of aggressive personality dimensions and applying job innovation motive of principals. For this purpose whole 102 high school principals of Babol city was selected. Results show that there are a significant relation between personality dimensions and Appling job innovation motive of principals. Results also show that applying job innovation with active personality has positive relation, with aggressive personality negative relation and with disturbed personality has not show any relation.
