Abstract:
One of the Lawmaker's aims is to support the people in the society.Profiteers always wait to find an opportunity to achieve their unlawful aims. They hoard the necessary commodities. If the society encounter the economic shock., they will raise the price of their commodities.The author tries to study comparatively prophetic and other traditions. He also explains the hoarding from the Islamic jurist's viewpoint.
