Jurisprudence and Law Analysis of Suspense in Contracts

One of the public condition of contract is certitude. Islamic jurists and lawyers believe that suspense in contract cancel it. Jurists have many disputes about the nature of it. There are some questions in this regard, for example, What are the reasons of suspense in contracts? It is supposed that suspense in contract is not only absurd but also true. There is also an important other question in this regard. How can we analyze suspense from the jurisprudence and law viewpoints? In the present article, the author attempts to analyze suspense from law and jurisprudence viewpoints.
