Considering Penal Responsibility of Doctors

Islamic punishment law was temporarily legislated after revolution and then eliminated its defects and faults. Based on 319 to 322 articles of this law, a skillful doctor is responsible for all financial and bodily events which may occur in the cure and should pay blood-money. Jurists have two different viewpoints in this regard. The first and most public viewpoint refers to the responsibility of doctors, but according to other viewpoint, doctors donُ t have any responsibility. In the present article, the author explains two above mentioned viewpoints and then approves that doctors have no responsibility.
