Study of the Dominant Organizational Climate in Secondary Schools
This research considers the comparative studies of dominant organizational climate in secondary schools of Zahedan. The applied method in this research is descriptive survey. Statistical population includes the teachers of secondary schools in Zahedan. The sample of this research consists of 357 teachers that selected through the random sampling. The research instrument was the Susman and Samdeep Organizational Climate questionnaire. The results indicate that from the teachers’ viewpoint, the schools organizational climate consist clearness and roles agreement. Most of teachers’ answers with less than 15 years experience were relevant to clearness and roles agreement. The teachers’ answers with more than 15 years experience were mostly relevant to clearness and goal agreement. These findings revealed that, there is significant difference between organizational climate in the girls’ school and boys’ schools. It means that, organizational climate of schools with women principals is better than organizational climate of schools with men principals.
