Analysis of Decentralization Approach in the Educational Organization of Iran, Based on Human Resources

Abstract:
Deciding about decentralizing or centralization is one of the current challenges in the educational organization of Iran. The purpose of this study is to determine dimensions, levels, conditioned complexity of decentralization and investigate on possibility of its actualizing according to the human resources of educational organization of Iran. This study was conducted by analytic method. The results of this investigation show that the current human resources of educational organization have not sufficient expertise for an independent responsibility in decision making about educational planning and curriculum. These changes are to begin regularly from higher levels of educational organization and from those country restrictions that have more human resources. Also, it begins from higher education and secondary school levels.
