Development of servant leadership scale in public organizations

As a result of broad changes in work environment, traditional leadership theories aren’t responsive to needs and necessities of this area and needs for new models of leadership is necessary. Much leadership theories have been proposed until now but servant leadership theory can be influential in fulfilling the needs of today's organizations.This article presents an integrated scale of servant leadership derived from a review of literature. We took advantages of SPSS and LISREL for statistical analysis and the results exhibit four significant factors (service, humility, trusty and love).
