Study of Formation of ZSM-5 Zeolit without using any Organic Template and the Relation between their Relative Crystalinity with Synthesis Conditions
Abstract:
To investigate the optimum synthesis conditions and formation of ZSM-5 zeolite without using template, Samples of ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared under different conditions without using any template. The synthesis conditions were varied over a vast range of pH, temprature, SiO2/Al2O3 ratio, and reaction time. The formation of ZSM-5 crystals and relative crystallinity of these samples were determined by XRD, the results were compared for optimum condition. For determination of crystsllinity by XRD, different ways of calculations were employed and the results of each way were compared with the results obtained by other instruments lik SEM and a fast and accurate way of relative crystallinity measurement by XRD has been taken into account.
