A Study On Influence of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) System on Customers's Satisfaction (Case Study: Golsar-e-Fars Sanitary ware Company)
Widespread use of Web technology, Provides an opportunity for businesses to provide the Internet as a tool for electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM). The organizations which bear the cost of such investment, have customers’s satisfaction level elevation in mind. Therefore, this question is raise in most of the companies which have applied for Electronic Customer Relationship Management: "Has this application had any impact on costumers’s level of satisfaction or not?" The result of this study is presented in this article. It is noteworthy that this study’s aim is a practical one. The methodology of this study could be used in other similar future studies.
