Workers Performance Management with Organizational Social Factors (Case study: Workers of a few officials and industrial Organizations of City of Tabriz)

Abstract:
Performance is a sum of worker's total feelings of job satisfaction, type of respmsibility, human and organizational relatims, and the amount of employment organizational invopvement. Apong these pines, comparison of social factors of workers performance is the main goal of this study. First, the mentioned factors are analyzed using samples from few officials and industrial organizations of city of Tabriz at the level of line and staff workers. For this reason, factors such as simple working, job management, organizational commitment, organizational involvement, organizational communication, organizational facilities, and job fields were defined as independent variables and they were classified according to bartfet let test, and then confirmed using to spss soft ware. Following analysis by regression method, only four factors such as job management, simple working, organizational commitment, and job fields remained in the equation, and others were eliminated and so the refatimship between of life satisfaction and independent variables wrer confirmed in the main hypothesis.
