Justice in Collaborative Interorganizational Relationships

Sustained collaborative interorganizational networks have secured some requirements and identified the proper type of iteractions among member organizations. For instance, it is very important to collaborate with organizations that operate in similar fields, having common goals and/ or culture and having win- win strategy. Observing justice in interorganizational relationships play an important vole in successful collaboration. In this article the concept of I try to verify the concept of justice is described and a proper model for evaluating justice in successful collaborative interorganizational relationships is provided.
