Review the Effectiveness of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Training on Increasing Organizational Commitment
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior tainting on organizational commitment of employees in Isfahan mayoralty in 1386. The study is an experimental research, and is measuring instruments including two scales, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment.In this study, the experimental group participated in six meeting for education. Data were analyzed with Co-variance analysis. Results indicated that organizational citizenship behavior education was effective on increasing organizational commitment, affective commitment and normative commitment but had no significant effect on continuing commitment.
