Study of Patient Teaching Importance from Point of Views in Azad University Nursing Students in Karaj in 1382

Abstract:
Introduction
Large multicenter trials have been shown that patients training are very important in reduction of patients stay in hospital and recurent addmission ‑ cost of treatment and prevention of diseases and complications. In the western countries this has referred to a team, so called (social care team). Unfortunatly, such teams aren, t practicing in our country, so this responsibility has referred, to nursing groups. Determination of significant of training to patients from the point of view of nursing student and, assessment most important inhibitory and facilities factors. Methods & Materials: This study is a descriptive study. About 100 nursing students in 3rd and 4th term of nursing college of Karaj.
Results
Most students participated in this study were agreed with importants of training of the patients.
Discussion
In respect to nurses duties and respect to absent of (social care team) could train their patients. This study suggested that, nursing Colleges should arranged the training of patients in their program.
