Competency Model in Human Resource Development; Case Study: Competence of Cultural Art Organization of Tehran Municipality Managers

Abstract:
Managerial competencies identified by managers in Tehran Frhngsrahay competency model, due to the sensitivity of the specific activities and cultural managers need to adopt a coherent and scientific approach in the selection and development of this group of managers and lack of comprehensive studies in this regard, special importance is. In literature, this study emphasizes the need competence in modern times has been investigated. Then meritocracy in Islam and human resource competencies Nahjolbalaghe has been studied.
