Planning The Production Model And Knowledge Sharing At University

Producing knowledge and knowledge sharing is one of the most important aims of universities. Producing knowledge and knowledge sharing is the result of management and organizational systems. The present study aims to identify the effective factors in this field and the method used in this research is library and questionnaire. The findings of the research prove that organizational and social culture, information technology and social capital are effective in Producing knowledge and knowledge sharing. The result of the study shows that the effective factors are ideal knowledge based organization, effective social capital and the capacities of information technology.
