Nowadays spirituality and religion inclinations are obvious and influential in ethical attitudes, ethical logic and managerial behavior of many public managers. However, few management scholars identified the importance of the role of religion and spirituality in public administration systems. This article investigates increasing tendency of Researchers, managers and organizations to study of the effect of spirituality in public sector organizations. In addition, it looks for a sound definition for this phenomenon through discussing different approaches and opinions in this record.
