Analysis of effects of zolpidem medicine on thyroid plasmic hormones ‎of T3, T4 and TSH‎ in male matured field rats

Zolpidem drugs including antidepressants sleep feature is collected. Based ‎on the results of excessive amounts of this drug could be on the amount of normal ‎endocrine activity and its metabolic activities that have impact. Hence the effect of the drug ‎with the aim of measuring performance hormonal axis hypothalamus - pituitary - thyroid ‎hormone plasma levels in adult male rats we studied.‎ In this research 50 male matured field rats with the weight of 200±10 grams have ‎been participated in the experiment, witness and control groups. The experimental group ‎was divided in 3 subgroups and the medicine was given to them through mouth for 21 days ‎with the amount of 150, 300 and 450 ml on kg. 0.2 ml of distilled water was given to ‎witness group, but the control group did not receive anything. At the end of 21 days blood ‎sample was withdrawn from hearth ventral areas and density of the hormones of T3, T4 and ‎TSH were matured using Eliza method and the commercial kits and the results were ‎evaluated using independent T-test.‎ The results of this study showed that the density of T3 hormones in the experiment ‎group does not show any meaningful differences with the control group, while the density ‎of T4 and TSH hormones have showed a meaningful decrease in experiment and control ‎groups (P
