An Evaluation of the UK National Security Strategy in 2008

To reach defense goals as one the main concerns of statesmen requires a decisive framework. Documents of national security strategy have such a characteristic. By explanation and definition of strategic framework and drawing security environment of the countries, these documents are functioning as a steering policy, which makes out trends and approaches of the governments.Due to change in threats and also international environment and trends, the British government has recently published its national security document. This document has notable characteristics and recognizes the Islamic Republic of Iran as an enemy; this paper is to evaluate the document.
