Softwarism in America's Middle Eastern Policy

Although softwarism is one of the instruments for countries to provide national interests, but studies shows that America's use of this instrument in Middle East was always overshadowed by strategic-security considerations resulted in international and regional environment.In this article, after presenting stories about softwarism, the writer examined the change trend of America's interests in Middle East and then paid attention to historical trend of softwarism in America's foreign policy.The findings of this writing shows that, America's foreign policy in Middle East has strategic and hardware characteristics than software characteristics.
