Presenting of activity based costing method (ABC) as a tool for decision making and better management in healthsector

Abstract:
This article will present activity based costing method as a tool for decision making and better management in health sector. Target group of this study are financial managers, supervisors, inspectors and so on in health section. First we talk about production costs and then, studies that investigate ABC method would be reviewed.After that we talk about implementation of this method with an applicable sample.
