An Investigation on the Readiness of Mplementing the Participative Management System(Case study)

The participative management is a type of management in which employees at all levels are encouraged to contribute ideas towards identifying and setting organizational-goals, problem solving, and other decisions that may directly affect them. The purpose of this research is an investigation over the readiness of implementing the participative management system by using of four factors: employee's individual readiness, manager's individual readiness, structural readiness and cultural readiness, because the successful implementation of participative management system is depended on the existence of Inside Organizational Readiness in universities.The outcomes of this research showed that there is the Individual Readiness (by the side of employees & managers) but there is not the Organizational Readiness for the successful implementation of participative management system in universities of sistan & baluchestan state. In fact, the Structural Readiness is undesired and Cultural Readiness is mean. Based on conclusion the Inside Organizational Readiness for the successful implementation of participative management system in universities of sistan & baluchestan state is desired.
