Abstract:
Background and context of Safety, Health and Environment (HSE-MS) in our country is rapidly evolving and forming. Increasing attention to this important issue in the oil and gas transmission and processing of oil and oil products, which is something essential and important part of this industry. Identify hazards and assess and manage this important part of risk management including health, safety and the environment are numerous methods known to the world.Essential processes of the organization, operational diagrams, and related activities in the financial, economic and human resources available and optimally choose the appropriate method.These types are of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) What if the analysis was done (What if?).FMEA a priori way (reaching out to the Macro from Micro) for the systematic study of defects and the possible effects of the components of a system may used.The real name What if? is The words “If this happens, what consequences will be” derived from the original purpose of the components of attention to the effects of unwanted events is on the system.
