The Criteria of Islamic University in the View of the Professors of Islamic Sciences

The present paper aims at recognizing the criteria of Islamic University in the view of the professors of Islamic sciences. The research method is descriptive – survey and the statistical population include the professors of Islamic sciences who were permitted to teach in the first semester of 2010-2011 by the chancellery of professor affairs of the Supreme Leader's Deputy Institution in Qom Azad Islamic University. All of these professors (amounting to 40) have been selected as an statistical sample. To gather data a researcher –made questionnaire has been used which includes 18 criteria in ranking order scale with reliability of %87. In addition to descriptive statistics, the inferential statistics at the level of z-test to compare a mean with a fixed number has been used to analyze the data.
