Effect of Age on Fiber Characteristics of one-humped Female Camels of Semnan Province (Short article)

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of age on fiber characteristics of one-humped female camels of Semnan province. 50 grams of wool samples from the left midside area were randomly collected from 28 camels of three different age groups: young, adult and old and fibre characteristics were measured. Statistical model used for this research was completely randomized design (CRD). Analysis of data and comparison of means were performed using Duncan's new multiple range test.
