A study of relationship between organizational culture and the BSC effectiveness

Abstract:
The main purpose of this research paper was to study the relationship between organizational culture and Balanced Scorecard effectiveness in Hasheminejad Kidney Center placed in Tehran. Statistical population includes all employees of Hasheminejad Kidney Center including more than 380 people. By using Morgan table, sample population of 150 were selected with category sampling method. In order to collecting data, Denison & Ewell organizational culture and effectiveness questionnaires containing 62 items was employed. Calculated reliability was 94%. After questionnaires completion and data collection, data analysis was performed according to pearson correlation tests and regression method. Results indicates that direct relationship exists between Balanced Scorecard effectiveness and organizational culture and its components including: involvement, adaptability, consistency, and mission
