Effectiveness of Mood Induction Styles in Increasing the Happiness of the Staff

The research purpose it to assess the effectiveness of mood induction styles in increasing the happiness of the staff. The study is an experimental intervention(pre-test and posttest) with control group, the statistical population included all the staff working in Rajaee Hospital, out of which a sample of 60 individuals was selected and assigned to four fifteen-member groups, the first experimental group(positive sentences), the second experimental group(positive imagery), the third group(happy facial expression) and the control group received no intervention, moreover, Oxford Happiness Inventory was employed as the research tool. Findings revealed that happiness has significantly increased in the first three groups in comparison to the control group.
