Analyzing Effective Factors on Professional Empowerment of Experts in Islamic Azad University- Islamshahr Branch

The purpose of this study was to analyze effective factors on professional empowerment of experts in Islamic Azad University، Islamshahr Branch. Statistical population comprised 240 Azad University experts of whom 147 were selected and explored based on Morgan table and sampling method was simple random sampling. Instrument of the study was a questionnaire. Correlation analysis results showed that there was positive and meaningful correlation between individual factors (level of education and service background)، environmental factors (physical conditions of workplace)، educational factors (number of attending in educational courses، and characteristics of educational courses)، social factors (occupational promotion، occupational satisfaction، organizational commitment)، economic factors (experts salary and financial reward)، management factors (supervision status and performance assessment method) and dependent variable of professional development of Azad University experts. Multi-variable regression results indicated that management factors (performance assessment method)، environmental factors (workplace physical conditions)، social factors (occupational satisfaction)، educational factors (educational course characteristics) had a positive role in professional development of Islamic Azad University experts. In general، respective variables have induced %69 dependent variable of the extent of Azad University experts’ professional development.
