A Study on Amount of Manager's Social Capital and its Relationship with their Self-Esteem
This research was investigated on amount of managements’ social capital and relationship of social capital and their self-esteem. For these purposes, 59 managers were selected with a systematic random sampling among managers of high school in Zahedan second district. Data was gathered by the social capital questionnaires that have three components of trust, knowledge and attention and participation. Self-esteem was assessed by the Aizeng standard questionnaire. The results indicated that school administrators have the desirable level of social capital. The results also showed that there are significant and positive relationship among self-esteem of managers’ and trust, consciousness, attention and participation of managers. Stepwise regression analysis showed that components of trust for all the managers and the consciousness, attention for the male are the strongest predictors of self-esteem.
