Preservation of human rights and human dignity is the basic topics and reflect in every society and authorities in different countries each one trying to utter of it even in appearance.The supreme leader in his various statements and various ceremony revealed his viewpoint on this important issue and have had heard to world.In this research,ayatollah khamenei’s remarks and comments is written about human rights and some violations of it by biggest false claim of human rights namely america.

The formulation of the United Nation charter is the first serious step for the realization of women’s right.Today,after compiling hundreds of convention and treaty and holding several confereces in the framework of the united nations again are facing with violations of women’s rights especially violence against this vulnerable class by government that most important and the most unfortunate are including arbitrary arrests,armed conflict,modern slavery women.In this regard united nations secretary-general in april 2014 presented a report on the twenty-fifth session of the human rights council regarding the latest situation of human rights in the islamic republic of iran.In this report expressed some improvements have taken place about the promotion of women’s rights in iran and objections are noted.In this article and next articles are seeks to investigate this case and truth and falsity of this report.In this regard first to examine the laws of the islamic republic of iran(hereafter r.I iran called)and women’s rights.

The internet is the most important specifications the era of communications. Development and exchange of information have been caused to be created various tools to facilitate communication between users.But beside this progress of technology,unfortunately,- cyber crimes,is also has grown.Computer spying,unauthorized wiretapping, fraud in cyberspace are small examples of these crimes. The important point to the damage to women and girls in the space is due to their emotional and physical characteristics.Dependence on virtual communications,publication of private information as well as sexual harassment including the dangers that directed toward women and girls.In this article is addressed to explore the dimensions of violence against women in cyberspace.

The british government with the tracks of seriousness its media diplomacy through the bbc world service to attract the audience and guide a public opinion in the world in line with the interest of the west(uk).Especially bbc Persian that have played an important and especial role in shaping development in iran and often programming in conflict with the principles and policies of the target country.Due to the importance of attracting an audience which is taken by the BBC Persian and in this arena it has attacked the veil issue.This article tries to analyze the goals and strategies of the BBC News in line with the subject of the veil.
