صفحات 1-6پاندمی کوید 19 بر روی سیستم های بهداشتی درمانی و آموزشی در سرتاسر دنیا تاثیرات بسیاری گذاشته است و بسیاری از اقدامات روزانه در محیط های بیمارستانهای آموزشی از جمله ساعات و روش های آموزشی به علت رعایت ایمنی دانشجویان و پزشکان و تغییر بیماران بستری تغییرات چشمگیری داشته است و سیاستگزاران آموزش پزشکی با چالش های متعددی برای بهینه کردن آموزش و ارزیابی دانشجویان پزشکی مواجه هستند و باید از روش های جایگزین آموزش انلاین و تکنولوژی های آموزشی بهره بیشتری ببرند و در روش های سنتی آموزش پزشکی تغییرات اساسی بوجود بیاورند .یکی دیگر از نکات ضروری در این مقطع بازبینی کوریکولوم های اموزشی و تاکید بر حداقل های آموزشی می باشد که این مهم نیازمند حذف و تغییر و یا ایجاد روش های جدید آموزشی می باشد .این مقاله به بررسی بعضی نکات کاربردی در آموزش و آزمون در دوران پاندمی کوید 19 در دانشگاه های مختلف در کشورهای مختلف می پردازد با توجه به این موضوع که ایمنی دانشجو و اساتید نکته مهم و ضروری در سیاستگزاری های آموزشی در این مقطع حساس می باشد . این نکات اهمیت همکاری بیشتر بین رشته ای و خلاقیت در زمینه اموزش و سازگاری بیشتر با تغییرات را بازگو می کند.کلیدواژگان: کوید 19، پزشکی، ارزیابی، آموزش

آموزش در علوم پزشکی نیز نیازمند تحولی اساسی است تا با بکارگیری شیوه های نوین تدریس سطح آموزش را ارتقاء دهد. استفاده از فیلم در طول تدریس باعث می شود که دانشجویان هوشیارتر شوند و انگیزه و تمرکز بیشتری بر روی موضوع پیدا کنند. از آنجایی که دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد از دانشگاه های مادر کشور و قطب تکنولوژی آموزشی می باشد و با توجه به مزایای شمرده شده، مطالعه ای طراحی شد تا در آن مباحث آموزشی به صورت فیلم طراحی، اجرا و در کلاس درس تیوری جهت دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی به نمایش گذاشته شود.
روش کار44 نفر از دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی به عنوان گروه هدف درنظرگرفته شده و در این مطالعه دانش پژوهانه شرکت کردند. فیلم در مرکز مطالعات دانشگاه طراحی و در کلاس ابتدا از دانشجویان پره تست مشتمل بر 4 سوال چهار گزینه ای گرفته شد و فیلم به نمایش در آمد و سپس پست تست گرفته شد. در پایان جلسه دوم فرم نظر سنجی مشتمل بر 9 سوال به دانشجویان داده شد و در نهایت نتایج آزمون و نظر سنجی با spss 21 آنالیز شد..
نتایجسوالات صحیح پاسخ داده شده در پس آزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون بیشتر بوده است به ترتیب سطح معنی داری برای سوال اول (p=0.03) و سه سوال بعدی (p<0.001) بوده است. همینطور تعداد سوالات اشتباه پاسخ داده شده در پس آزمون به طور معنی داری کاهش یافته بود (p<0.001). شگفت آور اینکه قریب 80 درصد دانشجویان ابراز علاقمندی کم و بسیار کم نسبت به ادامه اینگونه روند تدریس بودند.
نتیجه گیریعلی رغم اینکه نمره دانشجویان در پس آزمون به طور معنی داری نسبت به پیش آزمون بهتر شده بود اما اکثر دانشجویان ابراز علاقمندی کم و بسیار کم نسبت به ادامه روند تدریس با استفاده از فیلم بودند.

گراندراند آموزشی یک روش آموزش بالینی متداول است که در اکثر بخش های بیمارستان های آموزشی درحال اجرا است و هدف آن فراهم آوردن فرصتی برای دانشجویان است تا اطلاعات نظری را به واقعیات عملی پیوند بزنند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی نظرات و دیدگاه های دانشجو و عضو هییت علمی بود تا بتوان نواقص موجود در آموزش بالینی گراندراند را پیدا کرده و با بهبود روند آموزشی گامی موثر در تربیت پزشکان کارآمد برداشته شود.
روش کاراین مطالعه به صورت مقطعی در گروه اطفال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد صورت گرفته است. این تحقیق با نظرسنجی از افراد حاضر در جلسات گراند راند در قالب پرسشنامه استاندارد صورت گرفت. در مجموع 250 پرسشنامه از دی ماه 1397 لغایت پایان خردادماه 1398 بین شرکت کنندگان حاضر در گراندهای بخش ها توزیع شد که از این تعداد، 235 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید. اطلاعات پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS v.24 آنالیز گردید.
نتایجبیشترین میزان رضایت از کیفیت گرند راندهای هفتگی در گروه اعضای هییت علمی با 63.15٪ و کمترین میزان در گروه کارورزان با 4.34٪ که وضعیت گرند راند ها را خیلی خوب ارزیابی کردند وجود دارد. در حالی که تمامی اعضای هییت علمی و اکثریت دستیاران (70.73٪) معتقد بودند حضور کارورز در گراند راند مفید است با این حال در حدود نیمی از کارورزان (53.62٪) به مفید بودن گراند راند اذعان داشتند. استراتژی مد نظر اعضای هییت علمی بیشتر تاکید بر درمان (42.10٪) و گزارش های پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد (36.84٪) بود اما دستیاران بیشتر در مورد تشخیص های افتراقی (46.34٪) و گزارش های پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد (34.14٪) تاکید داشتند؛ کارورزان (63.76٪) و کارآموزان (63.20٪) نیز بر بحث در مورد تشخیص های افتراقی تاکید داشتند.
نتیجه گیریدر مجموع دیدگاه کارآموزان و کارورزان در مقایسه با اعضای هییت علمی و دستیاران در خصوص کیفیت برگزاری گرند راندهای آموزشی منفی تر است. همچنین دیدگاه آنان در بخش های مهمی همانند استراتژی معرفی بیمار نیز متفاوت می باشد. از این رو به نظر می رسد، انجام مطالعات بعدی با هدف تعیین استانداردهای مناسب گراند راند های آموزشی برای هریک از گروه های کارآموز، کارورز و دستیار اهمیت داشته باشد.

محیط یادگیری یک تعیین کننده رفتاری است و درک دانشجو از محیط در امر یادگیری بسیار موثر است و در آموزش بالینی اهمیت زیادی دارد. استفاده از الگوی DREEM به عنوان ابزار تشخیصی برای شناسایی تفاوت محیط واقعی با محیط مطلوب بکار می رود. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی نظرات فراگیران پزشکی در مورد محیط آموزشی بود.
روش کاراین پژوهش توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1397 و دیدگاه 143 نفر از فراگیران پزشکی (دستیاران، کارورزان و کارآموزان) با استفاده از پرسشنامه DREEM در پنج حیطه ادراک دانشجو از یادگیری، استادان، جو آموزشی، توانایی علمی و شرایط اجتماعی خود و در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان انجام شد. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری 16SPSS و آزمونهای ANOVA و t test استفاده شد.
نتایجدر بین سطوح مختلف مدل DREEM، ادراک دانشجو از شرایط اجتماعی بالاترین و ادراک دانشجو از استاد کمترین نمره میانگین را داشت. درک دانشجویان از محیط آموزشی در تمامی حیطه ها نامطلوب بود. از نظر سن ، مقطع تحصیلی و سال دستیاری در هیچ یک از 5 حیطه ارزیابی محیط بالینی تفاوتی بین گروه های مورد مطالعه دیده نشد (05/0<P). از نظر جنسیت ، حیطه های ادراک دانشجو از استاد، جو آموزشی خود و همچنین بررسی کل حیطه ها دارای اختلاف معنادار (05/0>P) و حیطه های ادراک دانشجو از توانایی علمی و شرایط اجتماعی خود فاقد اختلاف معناداری بودند (05/0<P).
نتیجه گیریمحیط آموزشی بخشهای بالینی دانشگاه در تمام حیطه ها نامطلوب ارزیابی شد. بنابراین توجه بیشتر استادان به رعایت اصول طراحی آموزشی و ایجاد فضای مناسب آموزشی به منظور یادگیری بهتر دانشجویان، ضروری است. از الگوی DREEM برای پایش و سنجش اصلاح و تغییر در برنامه آموزش بالینی می توان استفاده کرد.

ابزارهای متنوعی برای ارزیابی تحقق اهداف آموزشی وجود دارد.یکی از این ابزارها لاگ بوک می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان دندانپزشکی نسبت به لاگ بوک طراحی شده در بخش ترمیمی انجام گرفت.
روش کاردر این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 60 نفر از دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در سال تحصیلی 1398 به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته در سه بخش ویژگی های فردی ، سوالات مربوط به ارزیابی لاگ بوک و یک سوال باز در خصوص پیشنهادات جمع آوری گردید. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اعضای هیآت علمی تایید گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه با آزمون Cronbach´s alpha با ضریب 0/8 تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد..
نتایجمیانگین نمره ارزیابی کلی لاگ بوک 77/5±98/28 بود. 7/71 درصد از دانشجویان تاثیر لاگ بوک در آشنایی با نحوه ی ارزشیابی و نمره دهی را زیاد و خیلی زیاد ذکر کردند. در خصوص ضرورت استفاده از لاگ بوک 7/51 درصد از دانشجویان گزینه زیاد و خیلی زیاد را انتخاب کردند. با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون بین معدل ترم و نمره ارزیابی کلی لاگ بوک ارتباط معنی دار و مثبت وجود داشت. بین نمره ارزیابی لاگ بوک و تجربه عدم استفاده از لاگ بوک نیز ارتباط وجود داشت.
نتیجه گیریبراساس یافته ها، در مجموع دیدگاه دانشجویان در خصوص استفاده از لاگ بوک متوسط بود و از انجایی که لاگ بوک باید برطرف کننده نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان باشد ، بازنگری در محتوای آن امری ضروری است.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر واکاوی برنامه درسی پنهان و مغفول در علوم پزشکی درجهت طراحی الگوی کاربردی با توجه به بسته های طرح تحول و نوآوری"مطالعه موردی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد"بوده است.
روش کاراین پژوهش با روش کیفی تحلیل محتوا و با استفاده از روش گرانهایم و لاندمن در سه مرحله انجام شد 1- مصاحبه فردی نیمه ساختاریافته با اساتید،کارشناسان آموزشی و دانشجویان مقاطع مختلف پایه و بالینی رشته پزشکی،2- اجرای دو مصاحبه گروهی3- بررسی و تحلیل محتوای لاگ بوک دانشجویان پزشکی، در قسمت بیان تجارب، انتقادات و پیشنهادات از حضور در بخشهای مختلف بیمارستان و آموزش های بالینی.
نتایجپس از تحلیل مصاحبه های انفرادی از اساتید و کارشناسان آموزشی، نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد پنهان در برنامه درسی پزشکی شامل 17طبقه و 79 کد اصلی و ابعاد مغفول آن، شامل 9 طبقه و 43 کد اصلی و از واکاوی تجارب زیسته دانشجویان در قالب مصاحبه های فردی، گروهی و تحلیل کارنوشت پزشکی، ابعاد پنهان و مغفول برنامه درسی، برمبنای شاخص های طرح در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد نیز11طبقه و80 کداصلی به دست آمد،که بر اساس آن، الگوی برنامه درسی شامل 4 مضمون کلی و 24 طبقه طراحی شد که اعتبار الگوی پیشنهادی براساس نظر نخبگان تایید شد.
نتیجه گیریدر این مطالعه به واکاوی برنامه درسی پنهان و مغفول در علوم پزشکی درجهت طراحی الگوی کاربردی با توجه به بسته های طرح تحول و نوآوری" پرداختیم که در نهایت الگوی پیشنهادی با 4 مضمون کلی و 24 طبقه طراحی و ارایه شد.

از آنجایی که آموزش مهارت های پایه و اساس، با تمرکز بر مهارت های شخصی و نیز آگاهی از خطرات تهدیدکننده، می تواند نقش مهمی در ارتقای توانایی « خود- مراقبتی» دانش آموزان داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضربا هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مهارت مراقبت خود مراقبتی دردانش آموزان دختر پایه هفتم ناحیه 2 شهر بندرعباس انجام شده است.
روش کارپژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظرنحوه گرداآوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی -پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر پایه هفتم مدارس ناحیه دو شهر بندرعباس در سال تحصیلی 98-1397بوده است که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 300نفر از این دانش آموزان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند.ابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 32 سوالی بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل و پردازش اطلاعات مستخرج از پرسشنامه از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS22 و LISREL8/54 انجام شد
نتایجتحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که مولفه های مهارت خودآگاهی، خودارزشمندی، بین فردی و مهارت شناخت عمومی از رفتارهای پر خطر از عامل موثر بر مهارت های خود مراقبتی دانش آموزان می باشدوتحلیل عاملی تاییدی نیز نشان داد که گویه های هر عامل، بار عاملی در حد قابل قبولی دارند.
نتیجه گیریشناسایی عوامل موثر برمهارت خود مراقبتی دختران نوجوان به آنها برای حرکت از ناتوانایی ها و ضعف های مهارتی به سوی مهارت های توانمند و قوی و سازنده کمک می کند. آموزش این مهارت ها می تواند حرکتی را در راستای تحول برنامه های آموزشی و تربیتی شروع کندتا در پرتو آن مهارت ها، موضوعات و مطالب آموزشی به گونه ای که در زندگی روزمره وجود دارند، استفاده شوند و زنجیره های ارتباطی با دنیای واقعی دانش آموزان پیوند بخورد.

سنجش تکوینی می تواند فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری را بهبود بخشد. این نوع از سنجش به همراه ارایه بازخورد اثربخش، فرایند پیوسته و مستمری است که شواهد کارآمدی در خصوص میزان دستیابی به پیامدهای یادگیری در راستای اصلاح یا بهبود عملکرد یادگیرندگان فراهم می آورد.
روش کاردر این مطالعه مروری عبارات کلیدی مورد نظر شامل Formative Assessment، Electronic Formative Assessment، Digital Formative Assessment، Computer Assisted Formative Assessment، Feedback،Meaningful Feedback ، Cunstructive Feedback، Educational Feedback، Formative Feedback، Effective Feedback و Medical Education در مطالعات در دسترس پایگاه های اطلاعاتی بین المللی مانند Scopus، Eric، ProQuest، Google Scholar، PubMed، Wiley Online Library، ScienceDirect و Web of Science در بازه سال های 2010 تا 2020 میلادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
نتایجدر مجموع 59 سند به عنوان مرتبط ترین مطالعات مورد ارزیابی و بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که استفاده مستمر از سنجش تکوینی و ارایه بازخورد اثربخش منجر به تاثیرات کارآمدی در فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری می شود.
نتیجه گیریسنجش تکوینی نتایج مثبتی بر یادگیری داشته و با ارایه بازخورد اثربخش، تفاوت چشمگیری در کیفیت فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری ایجاد می نماید. در واقع، بازخورد اثربخش حلقه ارتباطی بین سنجش تکوینی و یادگیری می باشد و یکی از عناصر بسیار مهم در ارزیابی یادگیرندگان است که منجر به کارکرد سنجش به عنوان ابزاری برای یادگیری می گردد.

Education in medical sciences also needs a fundamental change in order to improve the level of education by using modern teaching methods. Using videos during teaching makes students more alert and more motivated and focused on the subject. Since Mashhad University of Medical Sciences is one of the mother universities of the country and the center of educational technology and according to the listed advantages, a study was designed to design, implement educational topics in the form of videos and in the theory classroom for laboratory science students. To be displayed.
Materials & Methods44 laboratory science students were considered as the target group and participated in this scholarly study. The film was designed at the University Study Center and in the classroom, pre-test students consisting of 4 four-choice questions were first taken and the film was screened and then the test post was taken. At the end of the second session, a survey form consisting of 9 questions was given to the students and finally the test and survey results were analyzed with SPSS 21.
ResultsThe correct questions answered in the post-test were more than the pre-test, which was a significant level for the first question (p = 0.03) and the next three questions (p <0.001), respectively. Also, the number of wrong questions answered in the post-test was significantly reduced (p <0.001). Surprisingly, almost 80% of students expressed little or no interest in continuing this teaching process.
ConclusionDespite the fact that the students' scores in the post-test were significantly better than the pre-test, but most students expressed little or no interest in continuing the teaching process using the film.

Educational grand round is a common clinical education method that is implemented in most departments of hospitals and its purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to link theoretical information to practical facts. The purpose of this study is to examine the views and opinions of students and faculty members to find gaps in Grand round of clinical education to take an effective step in training efficient physicians by improving the educational process.
Materials & MethodsThis cross-sectional study was performed in the pediatrics department of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. This research was conducted by surveying the people present at the Grand round meetings in the form of a questionnaire. A total of 250 questionnaires were filled from January 2016 to the end of June 2017 among the participants in the grand rounds, of which 235 questionnaires were completed. Data were analyzed using SPSS v.24 software.
ResultsThe highest level of satisfaction with the quality of weekly grand rounds is in the group of faculty members with 63.15% and the lowest rate is in the group of interns with 4.34% who evaluated the status of grand rounds very well. While all faculty members and the majority of assistants (70.73%) believed that the intern's presence in the Grand Round was beneficial, about half of the interns (53.62%) acknowledged the usefulness of the Grand Round. The strategy of the faculty members was more emphasis on treatment (42.10%) and problem-based medical reports (36.84%) but more assistants focused on differential diagnoses (46.34%) and medical reports based (34.14%); Interns (63.76%) and stagers (63.20%) emphasized on the discussion of differential diagnoses.
ConclusionThe attitude of stagers and interns is more negative than that of faculty members and assistants regarding the quality of training grand rounds. Their views are also different in important areas such as the patient referral strategy. Therefore, it seems that it is important to conduct further studies with the aim of determining the appropriate standards for training grand rounds for each group of stagers, interns and assistants.

The learning environment is a behavioral determinant and the student's understanding of the environment is very effective in learning and is very important in clinical education. The use of the DREEM model as a diagnostic tool is used to identify the difference between the real environment and the desired environment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the views of medical learners about educational environment.
Materials & MethodsThis descriptive cross-sectional study was done in 2018 and the views of 143 medical learners (residents, interns, and clerkships) using the DREEM questionnaire in five areas of student perception of learning, professors, educational atmosphere, scientific ability, and social conditions and in Kashan’s Shahid Beheshti Hospital. SPSS16 statistical software, ANOVA and t-test were used to analyze the data.
ResultsAmong the different levels of the DREEM model, the student's perception of social conditions had the highest and the student's perception of the teacher had the lowest average score. Students' perceptions of the educational environment were unfavorable in all areas. In terms of age, level of education, and year of residency, no differences were observed between the study groups in any of the 5 areas of clinical environment assessment (P <0.05). In terms of gender, the areas of student perception of the professor, his educational climate, as well as the study of all areas had significant differences (P <0.05) and the areas of student perception of their scientific ability and social conditions did not have significant differences (P>0.05).
ConclusionEducational environment of clinical departments of university was assessed as unfavorable in all areas. Therefore, more attention of professors to the principles of educational design and the creation of appropriate educational space in order to students’ better learn is essential. The DREEM model can be used to monitor and measure modification and change in clinical education program

There are several tools for evaluating the achievement of educational goals. One of these tools is logbook. The aim of this study was to evaluate the logbook designed in the operative dentistry department from the students’ point of view.
Materials & Methods:
In this cross-sectional descriptive study, 60 dental students included the study in the academic year of 2019. Information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire in three sections: demographic data, logbook evaluation questions, and an open-ended question about suggestions. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by faculty members. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach´s alpha test with a coefficient of 0.8. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and analytical statistics.
ResultsThe mean overall evaluation score of Logbook was 28.98±5.77. 71.7% of students mentioned that the effect of logbook on their knowledge about the evaluation method was high and very high. Regarding the necessity of using logbook, 51.7% of students choose high and very high necessity. Using Pearson correlation test, there was a significant and positive relationship between the students’ final score of semester and their opinion about the Logbook evaluation. There was also a relationship between the logbook evaluation score and the experience of not using the logbook in the education period.
ConclusionBased on the findings, in general, students' views on the use of logbook were moderate, and since logbook should meet the educational needs of all students, it is necessary to redesign its content.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the hidden and null curriculum in medical sciences in order to design a practical model according to the packages of the transformation and innovation plan "Case Study of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences".
Materials & MethodsThis qualitative research was a conducted by Granheim and Landman method in three steps include: 1- Semi-structured individual interviews with faculty, administrative staff in educational affairs and medical students in different basic and clinic courses, 2- two group interviews 3- assessing the content of some parts of all medical students logbook include Experiences, criticisms and suggestions from attending in different wards of the hospital and clinical training. .
ResultsAfter analyzing individual interviews with professors and educational experts, the results showed that the hidden dimensions in the medical curriculum include 17 floors and 79 main codes and its neglected dimensions, including 9 floors and 43 main codes and from analyzing the lived experiences of students in The format of individual, group interviews and analysis of medical records, hidden and null dimensions of the curriculum, based on the design indicators in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences,11 floors and 80 curricula were obtained, based on which, the design of the curriculum model According to the packages of the transformation and innovation plan. The validity of the model was confirmed by the opinion of the elites.
ConclusionIn this study, we analyzed the hidden and null curriculum in medical sciences in order to design a practical model according to the "transformation and innovation plan" packages, which finally designed and presented the proposed model with 4 general themes and 24 floors.

Since basic skills training, focusing on personal skills as well as awareness of the dangers, can play an important role in enhancing students' self-care ability. Therefore, the present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of self-care skill plan in seventh grade female students in two districts of Bandar Abbas.
Materials & MethodsTherefore, this research is descriptive in terms of research purpose and is applied in terms of research results. Because the results can be applied to the organizations studied. The statistical population included all 7th grade female students in two schools of Bandar Abbas district in the school year of 1397-98. The number of them was 1483 students who were implemented in sixth grade schools in Bandar Abbas during the last academic year. Seventh grade female students were selected through simple random sampling from several schools. The tool used was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 32 questions based on a Likert scale (very low, low, limited, excess, and very high). For the analysis and processing of information extracted Questionnaire of Univariate t-test and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed using SPSS and LISREL software
ResultsExploratory factor analysis showed that the components of self-awareness, self-worth, interpersonal skills and general cognition of high-risk behaviors are the factors affecting students' self-care skills. Confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the items of each factor are factor burden. They have an acceptable level.
ConclusionIdentifying the factors influencing adolescent girls' self-care skills helps them to move from disabilities and skill weaknesses to strong and constructive skills. Teaching these skills can start a movement in the evolution of educational programs to be used in the light of those skills, topics and educational materials as they exist in everyday life, and to link the chains of communication with the real world of students.

Formative assessment can improve the teaching and learning process. It is a kind of continuous assessment that provides effective evidence to which learning outcomes are achieved to improve learners' performance.
MethodsThis study is a review in which the key phrases including Formative Assessment, Electronic Formative Assessment, Digital Formative Assessment, Computer Assisted Formative Assessment, Feedback, Meaningful Feedback, Cunstructive Feedback, Educational Feedback, Formative Feedback, Effective Feedback and Medical Education in the available international databases such as Scopus, Eric, ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed, Wiley Online Library, Science Direct and Web of Science have been reviewed from 2010 to 2020.
ResultsA total of 59 documents were evaluated as the most relevant studies. Findings indicated that continuous use of formative assessment and effective feedback leads to efficient results on the teaching and learning process.
ConclusionFormative assessment has positive results on learning and by providing effective feedback, makes a significant difference in the quality of the teaching and learning process. In fact, effective feedback is the link between formative assessment and learning and is one of the most important elements in learners’ evaluation that leads to the function of assessment as a tool for learning.
