Nowadays Spectators aggression and violence have become some of our country developing problems in the stadiums of the country. The police force as an important organization which controls spectators’ behavior plays a vital role in decreasing aggression and excitement of them in stadiums. One of the main objectives of this study is to present a clearance about the performance of this legal institution in handling and controlling spectators’ excitement in a safe way. In addition detecting the effective factors on spectators’ spoken and behavioral aggression is on the superiorities of the present paper. The method of this research is survey. Spectators’ attitude towards police force performance has been reported satisfying in most cases, there is a significant correlation between sport identity, team identity, age, social-economic level, communication with fans’ center, police force performance, satisfactory about the stadium utilities and level of fans’ aggression

Due to major influence of postponing duration, causing by means of signalized conjuncture, on travel time in urban paths, time postponing reduction and improving signalized conjuncture servicing level are certainly assumed significant issues. Therefore; this present paper attempts to suggest solutions in order to reduce postponing duration in signalized conjecture. In fact, this paper intends to represent new optimizing system so as to reduce postponing duration on transportation vehicles in signalized conjecture., as a result, Optimizing Algorism software has been used. In the beginning, regarding to transportation vehicles’ entrance of speculation models, an analytical model was used to calculate wasted time, resulted from transportation vehicles, which finally we used a system to optimize traffic light duration.

In fact, family has been known as the most significant institution in societies. In addition, it has been said that the infrastructural improvement of every society can be provided through family. Considering fundamental role of information technology to various aspects including Commanding approach improvement and optimizing different respect in police events website are certainly significant so as to fulfill Police Department Goals. This paper intended to investigate the role of information technology in crime prevention in Guilan Police Force. This is considered as an applied investigation and descriptive. In fact, one- hundred thirty five of commanders, managers, and Crime Prevention Web users in Guilan Police Force have precisely been chosen in 1391. To analyze the data, a descriptive central model has been used. It goes without saying that information technology has an effective influence on crime prevention, crime discovering, improving traditional approach to systematic one, commanding servicing and controlling. It is highly recommended to use this Web to other specialized police force and appropriate organization and programming to solve the disadvantages and preparing enough equipment to improve it

Considering to tangible Percentage of casualties caused by road accidents belonging to passersby, it represents the necessity of demanding to needed utilities for pedestrians to cross the paths safely. Pedestrians’ path is one of the most important and common utilities needed for passerby to cross the road width. The Purpose of the present study is to analyze the Effect of Constructing Pedestrians’ Paths on Level of Accidents along Rasht – Anzali Highway. In order to investigate the topic, a map of the road is provided and path locations and areas with high population near the road should be determined. And the numbers of accidents at pedestrians’ path areas before and after constructing the pedestrians’ bridge are compared. The result has shown that the number of injury accidents has decreased 39% in the areas with pedestrians’ bridge. The survey results have shown that the effective factors on making the decision for using the bridge are its location, guard rails, brightness, and bridge mechanism. It also has shown there is no relation between structure type and pedestrians decision to use the bridge. Comparing the age of the pedestrians using the bridge and pedestrians not using it, it revealed that the older pedestrians, compared to younger ones, have more tendency to use the bridge.

The environment is a condition that human is depended on it directly and indirectly and it is also related to their life and activities. The purpose of this research is to investigate the geopolitical environment effects on security of Rasht city. In this research, the sample was 200 people chosen by random selection in different education level. The needed theoretical information of this research was collected by document and library methods. In practical sector the research method was survey and the information of this sector is gathered by questionnaire and done descriptively and deductively. IN this questionnaire 68% respondents were familiar with the word Geopolitics and also 100% respondents were familiar with the word environment. 90 percent of respondents believe that environment destroying has effluence on Rasht security. According to pervious researches, environmental destruction has effect on Rasht geopolitics and the city officials should avoid from destroying the city in Passive defense area to develop the city
