    Introduction
Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is one of the most common surgical methods in patients with coronary artery disease, a well-known complication of which is renal injury after surgery. Here we try to understand the factors involved in the incidence of acute renal injury in our patients.
    Objective
The aim of this study was to evaluate the incidence and etiology of acute kidney injury (AKI) following CABG.
    Methods
This study was performed on 181 patients undergoing CABG surgery. AKI was also recorded after registering demographic information and clinical indications. Chi-square, Mann-Whitney and independent t-tests were used for data comparison.
    Results
The findings of our study showed that AKI following CABG in our patients was 3.9% which had no significant relationship with age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, type of surgery, hypercholesterolemia, number of clogged arteries, smoking and length of surgery; however, blood, urea was found to be significantly higher preoperatively in patients with AKI.
    Conclusion
The results of our study revealed that AKI following CABG in the studied patients was 3.9%, which was not significantly related to age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, type of surgery, hypercholesterolemia, number of clogged vessels, smoking and the length of surgery. although, the urea was observed to be significantly higher in patients with AKI before surgery. Studies with larger sample sizes are recommended.

Effective management of patients with sarcoma requires accurate diagnosis and staging. Imaging techniques such as ultrasound, CT, and MRI are commonly used for detecting the location, size, and morphological and structural changes of adjacent tissues. However, these modalities provide little information about tumor biology. The present study reports the experiences of a private clinical center on the role of 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis, staging, restaging and monitoring of a treatment response in the management of patients with sarcoma.
    Methods
The records of patients with bone and soft tissue sarcoma referred to a private specialized hospital for 18F-FDG PET/CT from 2016 to 2019 were evaluated. Information such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and pathology of patients was recorded.
    Results
66.7% of males (mean age of 26.37 years) and 33.3% females (mean age of 28.76 years) were included in the study. Among SUVmax reported in observed lesions, either metastasis or recurrence and primary tumor, the highest value was found in the lymph node on the right side of neck due to metastasis of the giant cell tumor of the bone (SUVmax = 18.23) and the lowest in the right lung pulmonary node due to the retroperitoneal sarcoma metastasis (SUVmax = 0.88). Mean SUVmax of hepatic right lobe was not significantly different between diabetic and non-diabetic patients (p=0.761).
    Conclusion
18F-FDG PET/CT appears to be a noninvasive measurement method that can be used to predict events and outcomes, but it is currently considered an optional test, which calls for further studies to corroborate its case-effectiveness.

    Methods

The present study method was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test design, and follow-up with a control group. The study's statistical population included all female students in the first year of high school in Sari in the academic year 2019-20 with obesity referred to endocrinology and obesity centers. The sample consisted of 24 obese female students selected by the convenience sampling method, considered the entry and exit criteria to the study, and randomly assigned them to experimental and control groups. The obesity craving questionnaire and emotion regulation scale were used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed using repeated-measures analysis of variance with SPSS-25 software.

    Results

The results showed that dialectical behavior therapy had an effect on the components of emotion regulation, body mass index, food craving, and this result was significant up to the follow-up stage (p<0.01).

    Conclusion

It can be concluded that dialectical behavior therapy reduces negative emotions in obese people and, according to one of the main factors of craving, is negative emotions; effective emotion regulation can reduce craving. As a result, it causes weight loss in obese female students.

    Background

Nowadays, comparing the effectiveness of treatment methods to reduce mental problems in patients with diabetes is of great interest to different psychologists.

    Objectives

This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of compassion focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy on emotional schemas and resilience in patients with diabetes.

    Materials & Methods

The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design. The statistical population of this study included all diabetic patients referred to Pasteur Hospital in Bam in the second half of 2018 (152 patients). From the statistical population, 45 patients were selected by simple random sampling and randomly divided into three groups (cognitive behavioral therapy group, compassion-focused therapy, and control group). Before and after training, the subjects responded to Conor and Davidson's resilience questionnaires (2003) and Leahy's emotional schemas questionnaire (2009). Data were analyzed using Multivariate analysis of covariance by spss.22.

    Results

The findings of this study showed that compassion-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy improve emotional schemas (P<0.001) and increase resilience (P<0.001). The effect of compassion-focused therapy was greater than cognitive-behavioral and maintained its effectiveness over time (P<0.001).

    Conclusion

It can be concluded that compassion-focused therapy had a greater effect on improving emotional schemas and increasing resilience in patients with type 2 diabetes.
