    In the last few decades, privatization is one of the areas that has been discussed a lot and it is very necessary due to the many problems that are observed in the field of management and performance of public companies. Nevertheless, privatization should be done in the best way and considering all the internal factors of the companies and the variables of the institutional environment. Therefore, in this research, designing a model to promote privatization in Iran's state-owned companies by applying institutional theory has been considered. The current research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and is among mixed research. In the qualitative stage, the theme analysis method was used to identify the factors affecting the privatization of state-owned companies based on institutional theory. For this purpose, a semistructured interview was conducted with 23 experts who were selected purposefully. Based on the findings, 3 categories of forced homogeneity (handover process factors and support factors), imitative homogeneity (competitive factors and marketing factors) and normative homogeneity (environmental factors and economic factors) were identified. In the quantitative part, the test and validation of the research model was done with the confirmatory factor analysis method. For this purpose, 70 experts and experts in the field of privatization and handover of stateowned companies were asked for their opinions using a questionnaire. Based on the findings of factor analysis, all identified factors were confirmed. Also, the priority of the factors based on the calculated factor load is forced homomorphism, imitative homomorphism and normative homomorphism with values of 0.820, 0.801 and 0.788 respectively. The results of the research showed that the use of institutional theory in the field of privatization can be effective and create a better understanding of the factors affecting it.

    In today's era, the advancement of information technologies, and especially social media marketing in various industries and especially in the rubber industry, can affect the value creation and capabilities of companies. This issue reveals the need to use these variables for the success of companies, and consequently to improve the brand equity more and more. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social media marketing on the brand equity of Iranian rubber products, considering the role of corporate capabilities and value co-creation of value. According to the purpose, the research method is practical, and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive, correlational, and based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of the research is made up of all consumers of Barez rubber in Kerman city. The statistical sample of the research is 384 consumers. The sampling method is random sampling, and the research tool is four questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed, and finally 356 questionnaires were used for data analysis. The results of the research show that corporate capabilities and value co-creation play a mediating role in the relationship between social media marketing and the brand equity of Iranian rubber products. Also, the use of social media marketing has an impact on corporate capabilities, value co-creation and brand equity, and corporate capabilities and value co-creation affect brand equity.

    The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of job resources and job attachment of rubber company employees on organizational commitment with the mediating role of organizational vitality. This research was conducted with a qualitative and quantitative approach. In the qualitative part, the data related to this research were selected and checked under the supervision of experts. After extracting the codes by thematic analysis, the quantitative part of the research was conducted by structural equations with partial least squares (PLS) approach. Thus, first, a questionnaire was designed by the results of the qualitative department and it was given to management experts, including managers and experts of rubber companies. Sampling in the quantitative part was obtained by non-random sampling method and available sampling type equal to 40 people. The results showed that job resources and job attachment of employees have a positive effect on organizational commitment with the mediating role of organizational vitality.

    The main purpose of this research is prevention, early detection of defects and identifiable failures of industrial machines, about 70% of the failures of rotating machines in the industry It is related to bearing failure, such as drum testing machine, with very high speed. Considering the importance of the subject, this applied research was done with the participation of a knowledge-based company, and based on the technology of vibration pulses and thermography, the condition of the machine was monitored. The evaluation, comparison and analysis of the frequency diagram of the damaged bearing was done with the bearing sample, and finally the visual inspection confirmed the failure of the bearing, in the temperature analysis, the temperature of the machine shaft and the comparison of the temperature of the reference table of the failure was confirmed. By using new methods, failures are discovered before further failure and damage, and with enough time, planning and repairs are done at low cost

    Understanding the car tire market is very important for both producers and consumers due to its impact on the final price of the car, incurring fixed costs for the car owner and the high amount of financial transactions. The purpose of the current research is to explain and model the behavior of tire buyers based on four factors using a combined approach. In the first step, by reviewing the literature and the background of the research, the factors affecting the purchase of Iranian or foreign tires were identified according to the four factors of personal, market, store and product. In the second step, in order to analyze the behavior of Iranian or foreign rubber buyers, using non-hierarchical cluster analysis (mean k) and based on the 24 factors of the analyzed population and the number of optimal clusters according to the Davis-Bouldin index, Then, using artificial neural networks, the independent variables of the research (four factors of personal, market, store and product) were used to predict the dependent variable (purchase of Iranian or foreign tires). The statistical population of the research was Iranian or foreign rubber buyers in the west of Mazandaran province, and due to the unlimited population of the research, the unlimited population formula was used to determine the sample size, the minimum sample size was 384 and the analysis was done on 527 usable questionnaires. The results of the research showed that in the first cluster, in the order of price, safety standards, image and reputation of the store, and in the second cluster, in the order of proximity, friendly behavior of sellers, and the breadth of choice, they have obtained the most centers of the clusters. The use of neural networks showed that the independent variables of the research have a good predictive ability and by using them, 0.886 changes of the dependent variable can be predicted.

    Considering the wide range of influencing factors and the complexity of relationships in the food industry, the trends do not follow linear behaviors and their analysis with nondynamic tools is challenging. In such a situation, if organizational strategies cannot be adjusted in line with the needs of the market and its environmental conditions, the resulting losses can be significant and sometimes irreparable. The purpose of this research is to identify the key effective factors in the strategic performance of production in the supply chain using a systemic approach. Due to the existence of multiple factors and the complexity of relationships between influencing variables, a systemic approach has been used to investigate behavioral dynamics in the form of cause and effect loops. Finally, in order to identify the key influencing factors, the intensity of the relationship between the variables has been ranked by experts' opinions in the form of a pairwise comparison matrix, and five key influencing factors in the field of production strategies have been introduced with the DEMATEL technique. Based on the results obtained, according to experts' opinion, having the production capacity for a fee, along with the development of factory production lines, plays a very important role in adapting manufacturing companies to demand fluctuations and managing the uncertainty of the market.

    Objective

    Among the disasters, epidemics have destructive effects on human life and infrastructures and increase the demand for response to humanitarian aid. Governments and organizations are obliged to enter the field through humanitarian supply chains to provide further aid for these disorders. Resilience of the humanitarian supply chain can be a suitable solution to solve these problems. Therefore, the aim of this study was to find a paradigmatic model of the resilience of the humanitarian supply chain in epidemic diseases and to investigate the dimensions and relationships of this model.

    Methods

    The research method of this research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative. Based on this, using the data theory, the paradigm model of the resilience of the humanitarian supply chain was created in the organizations that provide humanitarian services. Then these relationships between the main categories were determined by the dematel method.

    Results

    According to the results, the "strategies" category had more interaction (both in terms of effectiveness and in terms of effectiveness) than other categories. Also, the "intervening elements" category had the lowest dependence compared to the other categories according to the number of relations coming out of it, but the other categories have a strong dependence on it. Also, the "strategies" category has the most dependence on the other categories due to the number of relationships entering it, but the other categories have little dependence on it.

    The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the role of knowledge management in organizational strategic planning. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the research is Hormozgan Provincial Government. Considering that the statistical population was around 250 people, the statistical sample size was considered to be 148 people using Morgan's table. The used questionnaire includes two standard questionnaires of knowledge management and strategic planning. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by asking the opinions of the professors. The reliability of both dimensions of the questionnaire has been confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha with values of 0.87 and 0.76. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The results obtained from this research showed that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between knowledge management and strategic planning. Also, more detailed investigations show that there is a significant relationship between the four dimensions of knowledge management (externalization, combination, internalization, and socialization) with strategic planning.
