The Relationship between Psychological Hardiness with Family Flexibility and Coping styles with Stress
The aim of the present research was to study the relationship between psychological hardiness with family flexibility and coping with stress. The sample consisted of 319 high school students. Endlerand Parker’s Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations (CISS), Ahvaz Hardiness Inventory (AHI) and Shakeri’s Positive Flexibility Inventory were used in this research. Findings suggested that there is a positive significant relation between psychological hardiness and emotion-oriented coping style and avoidance-oriented coping style. Also the results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between family flexibility and avoidance-oriented coping style.
