Study of relationbetweeninservice trainings andemployee ss effectiveness (Case study in the Ahvaz s oil Compeny)

The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between in-service training of Ahvaz Oil Company and effectiveness of its employees (including: motivation، organizational commitment، job satisfaction). Firstly، the conceptual framework of research was developed on the basis of related literature. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers for data collection. A stratified random sample of 120 employees participated in the study. The survey instrument was administered to the sample. Then، data were analyzed using Spearman correlation coefficient and T-tests. Results showed no significant relationship between in-service training of employees and effectiveness dimensions.
