Integrated Model QFD, FMEA and Fuzzy AHP Approach to Improve Logistics Outsourcing Decision

In this paper, for evaluating and optimal selecting of third-party logistics providers, an integrated approach is proposed that combined QFD, FMEA and Fuzzy AHP techniques. In this approach, proportional to outsourcing company stakeholders’ requirements, evaluation factors are introduced by using of quality houses. The importance level of each stakeholders in decision-making process, weighted relationships of each evaluation factors in proposed approach, are calculated by using of Fuzzy AHP and finally the FMEA approach is used for analyzing likely risks that affect the performance of supply chain. Proposed approach in comparison to other developed approaches, not only consider the voice of outsourcing company’sstakeholdersin decision-making process, but also analyze the risks for perform the logistic outsourcing process in the best manner. In order to prove efficiency, proposed approach is used for a foodstuffs manufacturer company in a case study research.
