Study of Organized Crimes in Local Laws and Bilateral Contracts

Organized crime is among the most dangerous crimes, by its unique characteristics which threaten the economic, social, and political security of a society. It has taken modern and knotty forms, along with technological advancements around the world, which makes it transnational in nature. Therefore, we need to fully comprehend the definition, proofs, and effects of organized crime in order to approach it systematically. In this paper, we first examine the concept of organized crime and its background; the effects of organized crime in local laws will be considered afterwards.
