Relationship between Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction,and Organizational Commitment

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find out relationship between organizational justice, Job satisfaction and organizational Commitment among the personnel of Islamic Azad University. The total population included all employed personnel in Islamic Azad University, Eghlid Branch, A sample of 40 personnel was selected randomly according to Krejsi and Morgan’s table. Three Questionnaires, organizational justice questionnaire (Moorman, 1991), organizational Commitment questionnaire (Allen &Meyer, 1990) and Job Satisfaction questionnaire (Zali, 2005) were used to collect data. Data were analyzed through Pearson correlation, multiple regressions and T one sample test. The results of statistical analyses showed that there were certain relation between organizational justice and Job satisfaction. There is certain relation between organizational justice dimension with Job Commitment, and from this dimension, only interaction justice was able to predict Job Commitment.
