So, evaluation of educational systems is very important to assure about sufficiency of efficacy and effectiveness of them. The number of graduates and quality of their services are output and the effects of graduates on different aspect of citizenship situation such as social, economical and cultural dimensions are outputs of educational systems. Evaluation of mentioned factors can be done internal, by the member of system, or external, by the external institutions. Educational evaluation is done by different approaches.
