Identification of Organizational Agility Components in University

Organizational agility leads to growth and great performance enhancement in all organizational dimensions and departments. Educational and research-based institutes are not regarded as exception due to the necessity for rapid responsiveness to the challenging environment. It is essential to specify each stockholder’s role in the general agility pattern, agility enabling factors, and the roadmap to achieve this aim. The study investigates the components that are pertinent to the organizational agility and proposes a procedure to realize agility in university.
