Adaptive Comparison of Traditional and New Management in Rural Community in Iran

With changes in strictures of political, economic and social in country over the years, the rural management of country also has been changed. The rural management in Iran in past decades and maybe in a hundred years in all aspects was one of the most important concerns of planners. Rural management is too important in all of its dimensions there for is important and necessary for village and villagers that they are the bases of social life of Iran. The main goal of this article is analysis and adaptive comparison of traditional and new managements in rural community in Iran. The method used in this study is descriptive analytic and the method of information gathering was carried out based on library documents. This study seeks to investigate and compare the process and the structure of rural management before and after the Islamic Revolution and the role and function of rural management organization in Iran. Results show that rural management organization and management of rural in over the last few decades had not stability in country and always was subjected to change that this changes indicate that current changes in each period was insufficient and in fact there is still had not specific trustee for macro- management of rural and dispersion of affairs in rural management, the management of dispersion rural affairs, parallel job and they are tasks interferences in executable system in this filed.
