Author(s):
Abstract:
Aimed at suggesting a sound model for lightening ground combat command and control system, this study first reviewed the theoretical and empirical backgrounds of the command and control system. To conduct the study, this applied and case-field research involved 135 participants as the sample population along with 30 experts who attended an interview. Mechanisms such as an interview, literature and document reviews, an expert panel, and a questionnaire were all incorporated for the conduct of the study. The findings revealed 12 performance parameters for the command and control system claimed to highly enhance capability of the ground combat. Ultimately, the findings entailed an introduction of the effective parameters given the possible asymmetric threats.
