The effect of field of study appropriateness with job characteristics on Employees Career Plateauing

Abstract:
Career Plateauing Phenomenon can occur in organization human resources that causes and several factors could be the cause. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between field of study and Career Plateauing in Mashanir Corporation. The population of the present study was total number of 130 public employees Mashanir using 97 samples selected randomly. Questionnaire set According to Judith Bardvyk in Career Plateauing that Vahedi and et.al (1393) offered. The data collection instrument that validity was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability testing using SPSS statistical software questions the reliability of Career Plateauing / 76. Obtained. After collecting the questionnaires, data, summarization, classification using descriptive and inferential statistics (ANOVA) were analyzed. The results suggested that the field of study appropriateness of employees with a job that can effective on Career Plateauing and enhance both institutional and organizational learning and this phenomenon will be less. But significant impact did not had on the organizational joy.
