Reduction the risk of vulnerability to man-made threats in the official building by using management building systems (BMS)

Keeping offices as a part of the administrative structure of the country is a very serious matter which often exposes to the various man-made threats. Due to the advancement of technology and its impact on reducing the vulnerability of threats to reduce the loss، progress in passive defense considerations is significant. This research is based on descriptive - analytical method and academic study survey. And besides، it is made of risk assessment office building and introducing and monitoring BMS in different part of architectural، electrical and mechanical building deals. Risk assessment and BMS sub-systems priorities are the most introduction data qualities that have been used in research questionnaires. Analytical network process (ANP) and Super Decisions software used processing device. In The results، index value classifies the sub-systems in the designing of an important office building with an intelligent building system in order of traffic control، surveillance cameras، smart doors، smart lighting and glass. According to priority، the risk assessment and vulnerability architectural building assets risk، compared with un-enhanced buildings with the BMS and this result is illustrated in the risk charts.
