The Relationship between Psychological-Vocational Features and Performance of I.R.I Police Personnel

Abstract:
There are different jobs in any organization which need special potentials and features on the part of their holders to be effectively conducted. This is an applied descriptive-analytic study. The statistical sample of the study were 83 managers for ranking of the features and indices and 181 intelligence personnel to fill out the questionnaire used. The findings of the study showed that certain different features need to be present for one to be successful in intelligence field. Findings also demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between the features and the performance of the personnel (R=0. 31)، and there is no significant relationship between personnel''s Academic and military educations regarding the mentioned features.
