The effect of education quality and quality of educational services on academic burnout of graduate students

The present study was conducted to determine the effect of education quality and quality of educational services on academic burnout of graduate students based on Seroquel Model. A descriptive was chosen for this study. The population of the study was all graduate students in city of Hamadan's Universities. Using Cochran's formula for infinite population, 384 students were randomly selected from four universities. (Bu Ali Sina University, Medical Sciences University, Industrial University and Islamic Azad University). Three questionnaires including education quality, quality of educational services and academic burnout were used. Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and Path Analysis were utilized via LISREL and SPSS softwares. The results of structural relationships analysis revealed that education quality had negative and significant effect on three components of academic burnout. But the effect of quality of educational services only had negative and significant effect on component of emotional exhaustion. According to the results, student's opinions can pave the way for effective and useful planning to increase the quantity and quality of teaching and research in order to reduce educational burnout and increase student's efficiency.
