Investigating the Role of Organizational Intelligence and Organizational Learning in Explaining the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Innovation

This research investigates the role of organizational intelligence and organizational learning in explaining the relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation.
The statistical population of the current research is the personnel of educational assistant and central organization at Semnan University. For this purpose, 110 questionnaires have been gathered from a sample of this population. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) has been employed to assess the construct validity of the research questionnaire, and Cronbach’s alpha has also been applied to assess the reliability of the questionnaire, which has been calculated as 0.83.
Findings: The hypotheses of the research have been tested using path analysis technique, which is the structural part of the structural equation modeling. Data analysis using SPSS and AMOS has been made.
According to results, the direct impact of organizational intelligence on organizational innovation and organizational learning has been supported; the direct impact of knowledge management on organizational intelligence and organizational innovation has been supported too. Meanwhile the indirect impact of knowledge management with the mediating role of organizational intelligence on organizational innovation has also been supported.
