In same periods, reality and its statement occurs through mediators which is reflection of these cases. Art creates a highly appreciated base for human being thoughts, Iran was founder of many methods in art, during history. Artistic methods reach its climax in Sassanid period, On the other hand we cant deny the importance of clothing during history. Clothing in Sassanid period indicate social status of people, art in this period was imperial, in some artworks like high relief and metalworking we can see some clothes which are in their best from because of their beauty and decoration. This article referring to historical written sources, study the field of art that shows-off clothing. The question is what kind of similarities is between these two kind of art in clothing perspective and how does art make a base to emerge this reality? This article which is a kind of cross- sectional approach study these two kind of art and clothing reflection with libraries procedure. The result is that these two kind of art is mythical and realistic.
