Moral Growth Plan in the View of Abu Ali Meskwayh Razi

To analyze and categories the causes and phases of ethical evolution is among key concerns of ethics, training and psychology scholars. On the other hand developing the students ethically and spiritually is a mission of an Islamic University, which is sometimes forgotten.
Due to the characteristics of the reseach the method of the study is documentation and inference method.
Results and The present study developed a reading on the possibilities, factors, methods and the process of human ethical growth from the view point of abu ali Meskwayh Razi. The critical recourses applied in the article are the works of Meskwayh Razi and particularly "Tahzib - ol - Akhlagh" (Moral Edification).
